The owner of the company called me right away when I had a question about the instructions so I would
say they have a good response time for problems.
For those who are concerned how their surfboard looks on the wall, this is the right choice.Other hangers
may be cheaper, but this product looks good and at the same time, is practical.It is easy on and easy off
with your surfboard, especially if you are in a rush to get to the waves.
One note, use your board wax on the dowels and a rubber hammer to tap them into the wall mount holes;
it makes the job much easier.
