(More customer reviews)If you are using a rear rack maybe mass isn't a consideration, but I'll confirm it wasn't a consideration for Jandd. I have a couple of these, but use them only for fully loaded touring. These are big racks. Perfect if you plan on using loaded panniers and top bag, overkill if it's a day trip.
