(More customer reviews)This is a nice solid rack.I was able to adjust it to site fairly far back from my seat, which meant my heels don't hit the grocery panniers I also installed.
The only downside to the product is the lack of an instruction sheet.I downloaded a picture of the rack from the manuf's website brochure ([...]) and printed an enlarged view to see where the parts went.
All you need is a hex/allen wrench and either pliers or a wrench and you're good to go.
