(More customer reviews)The rack isn't exactly rock-solid. The way it's held together with 8 bolts, it wobbles when you grasp the vertical bars and wiggle them in opposite directions. The sloppy welds at the base of the vertical bars are barely covered up by the paint.
However, although the arms for holding the bikes are plastic, they're actually clever and do their job surprisingly well. With careful positioning, I'm able to hang 4 full-sized bikes on it, and it works. It would be nice if some velcro ties or bungie cords were included with the rack to keep front wheels from flopping over to one side. I'll probably also add some pipe insulation as cushioning to keep crank arms from making contact with the rack.
