(More customer reviews)Very sturdy. Good hardware (except the cheap screws, almost stripped one). Looks great. The only thing I didn't like was the picture doesn't make it clear how far out the pannier bars (the lower bars that protect your tire from your pannier bags) bulge. About an inch from the edge of the top platform.
This wouldn't be a problem with soft bags, but I specifically got it to mount some hard frame collapsible boxes on. I'll be able to make it work by hanging the boxes a bit with tie straps instead of the included mounting hardware. Just won't look as tight as I'd hoped.
Giving the product a 5 anyway, it's that strong and perfect for soft bags.
